Admissions

  • Open enrollment for the upcoming school year takes place during February of that year.

    Every student who applies during February is considered on an equal basis.

    We have rolling enrollments after that time, when students are considered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Application Process

 

The following steps are part of the application process:

  1. Preview information about the school by perusing our website.

  2. Schedule an admission tour by calling the school office at 727-845-8150.

  3. Complete the Application for Admission.

  4. Attach the $75.00 Application Fee to the Application for Admission, and submit with all required materials.

  5. Arrange for both Student Referral Forms to be filled out by your referrers of choice.

  6. Schedule a student visitation day.

The completed application files are reviewed quickly and parents notified promptly of the school's decision.

 

Enrollment Contracts are mailed and two weeks is allowed for parents to return the signed enrollment contract along with all required fees.

New Admissions:

Payment Plan A:

Pay in full at the time of enrollment

Payment Plan B:

Pay in 10 monthly installments, according to published schedule (requires carrying fee) 

RENAISSANCE ACADEMY DOES NOT REFUND TUITION FOR ANY REASON

Continuing Students:

In order to hold the student’s place for the following year, the family must commit to enrollment by February 1st. This commitment requires that all financial obligations are current, and that the family provide an initial deposit, as outlined in registration information distributed each spring semester.
